Biography
Alicia joined the OMERS Growth Equity team as an Associate in 2022. In her role as Associate, she supports the origination, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across the edtech and fintech verticals, along with asset management for existing investments.
Prior to joining Growth Equity, Alicia was in the OMERS rotational program, spending time with Growth Equity, Oxford Properties, and Infrastructure.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University

Carrum HealthAlicia grew up in Pickering, Ontario, and outside of work you can find her playing tennis with her very large extended family (20+ first cousins). She is passionate about being kind to others and would love the opportunity to show that kindness to her favourite artist Taylor Swift (Taylor is her dream dinner date). Alicia is an adventurer and her most memorable life experience? Shark diving in Hawaii.
